The hotel is complemented by 33,600 square feet of restaurant and retail space, designed to serve hotel guests, nearby workers, residents, and visitors to the area.

Together, the hospitality and retail components position the property as a convenient, service-oriented hub supporting the continued growth surrounding TSMC and setting the stage for the Halo Vista development.
