Delaney Wilson

Delaney Wilson joined Common Bond Development in October 2025. She earned her BA in Business Management with a minor in Leadership Studies from Chapman University. Following graduation, Delaney obtained her real estate license and gained experience in industrial property management with Cushman & Wakefield and JLL. As a brokerage associate, Delaney supports Alex in marketing, research, client relations, and transaction coordination. An Arizona native, Delaney enjoys wake surfing, cooking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
