CBDG is providing this Privacy Policy to inform you of our current Privacy Policy and practices, the choices you can make about the way your information is collected online, and how that information is used. We hope that this will remove any concerns you may have about supplying information to us and make visiting the Site a rewarding experience. By using or browsing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to this Privacy Policy and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use or access the Site or provide information to us. We may change this Privacy Policy at any time and without any notice to you, so we recommend that you periodically visit this page to review our current Privacy Policy. By using the Site after we post any changes, you agree to accept those changes regardless of whether you actually reviewed them.

Sites Covered by this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Site only. All other websites and domains owned by CBDG are governed by their respective privacy policies. The Site may provide links to third-party websites for your convenience and information. If you access those links, you will leave the Site. We do not control those sites or their privacy practices, which may differ from our own privacy practices. This Privacy Policy does not cover any personal data that you choose to give to unrelated third parties. You acknowledge that we do not monitor or control the information collected by such sites or the privacy practices of any third parties, and we are not responsible for their practices or the content of their sites.

Personally Identifiable Information

Please note that you can access and browse the Site without disclosing your personal data. If you voluntarily submit information to the Site, then we may record and use any personally identifiable information, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, a unique login name and a password. In addition, CBDG may collect nonpublic personal information about current and prospective investors from the following sources: information we receive from current and prospective investors on subscription documents and related forms (for example, name, address, social security number, birth date, assets, income, investment experience); and information about investors’ transactions with CBDG. We may use this information for our own internal business purposes, including to facilitate your relationship with us, as permitted by law or regulation.

Sharing of Information

In general, we restrict access of current, former and prospective investors’ nonpublic personal information to our personnel, our affiliates and their personnel, our outside counsel and our outside auditors who need to know that information in order to (i) ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations or (ii) provide products or services to our investors.

CBDG may use internal or third-party service providers to operate the Site and may employ other persons to perform work on our behalf, such as sending postal mail and e-mail. These persons may have access to the personally identifiable information you submit through the Site, but only for the purpose of performing their duties. These persons may not use your personally identifiable information for any other purpose.

CBDG will not share non-public personal information with any other third parties without your permission, unless required by law enforcement action, subpoena, local law or when we reasonably believe that such disclosure is necessary to protect our systems, our business or the rights of others, or as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy.

Aggregate Data

The Site may collect data through a variety of different methods. For instance, we may automatically log data by means of programming and we may link certain information as well. The Site may collect non-personal technical information about your session, such as your browser type, Internet service provider, platform type, internet protocol (IP) addresses, referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp. If we use this information at all, it will be on an aggregate basis (which does not identify individual users) to analyze trends, diagnose problems with our server and administer the Site, to track user movement and use, and to gather broad demographic information.

One way we gather this information is through the use of cookies. Cookies are small computer files stored on your computer’s hard drive that save and retrieve information about your visit to the Site. We use cookies to store personal data and link information. If you are uncomfortable regarding the use of cookies, you may disable cookies on your computer by changing the settings in the preferences or options menu in your browser. However, if you choose to disable cookies, you may not be able to access certain areas of the Site.

Keeping your Information Secure

The security of your personal information is important to us; however, no security system is guaranteed to be 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, CBDG cannot guarantee or warrant the security of our servers nor can we guarantee that information you supply through the Site will not be intercepted while being transmitted over the Internet. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.

Children’s Privacy

CBDG is committed to protecting the privacy of children and we encourage parents to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests. CBDG does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 and CBDG does not target the Site to children under 13.

Changes to this Policy

If, at any time in the future, it is necessary to disclose any of an investor’s personal information in a way that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy, we will give advance notice of the proposed change so that the investor will have the opportunity to “opt out” of such disclosure. If there are updates to the terms of this Privacy Policy, we will post those changes and update the revision date in this document, so you will always know what information we collect online, how we use it, and what choices you have. By continuing to use the Site after any changes are posted, you acknowledge your acceptance of such changes.

Other Terms and Conditions

If you choose to visit the Site, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use, including, but not limited to, disclaimers of warranty, limitations of liability, arbitration of disputes and application of the law of the State of Arizona.
