Notable projects include “The Yard at the Farmer Arts District” a redevelopment of a 30,000 SF warehouse building for a mixed use restaurant and retail destination anchored by Fox Restaurant Concepts in Tempe, Arizona, a multi restaurant adaptive reuse development in Phoenix, Arizona, redevelopment of over 400,000 SF of office buildings, a 1M+ square foot regional shopping center in Yuma, Arizona and a major power center in Queen Creek, Arizona. In addition to the vertical development of these projects, Frakes identified and secured the site acquisition and entitlements for the Company’s major land holdings. A native of Arizona, Frakes attended Brophy College Preparatory, graduated with a BS from the University of Arizona and is a Board Member of Valley Partnership, member of the Urban Land Institute, International Council of Shopping Centers, Pinal Partnership, and is active in philanthropic organizations – Jordan Sterling Foundation and The Thunderbirds. He currently resides in Phoenix with his wife, Christie, and their three children.

Serving as Common Bond’s Development Manager, Trevor oversees all of the Company’s development projects. He manages the predevelopment, entitlement, leasing and construction and has helped develop over 300,000 SF to date. Trevor has played an integral role in helping the company grow in its first 5 years of business and will continue to do so as the Company segues into its next 5 years of growth. Trevor is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Arizona, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and a member of the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP). He enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as giving back to the greater Phoenix community through his membership in the Executive Council (EC70). Trevor is a lifelong Arizona resident and currently resides in Phoenix with his wife Allie and daughters Charleigh and Kennedy.

Alex began his brokerage career at the Eisenberg Company in 1992 and took his valuable experience to the B.D. Baker Company in 2004. With B.D. Baker, he continued to grow his extensive knowledge in commercial real estate by working with clients such as Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club, Wal-Mart Neighborhood Markets, Nationwide Vision, Brooklyn Bedding, Over Easy, Red Mountain Weight Loss, Fox Restaurant Concepts, and many more fantastic partners. A Minnesota native, Alex attended Arizona State University and received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Finance. Alex has always had a passion to serve others and has been a member of EC70, The Phoenix Thunderbirds, Thunderbird Charities Board, The Junior Golf Association of Arizona, and the American Junior Golf Association. He is equally passionate about his family; his wife Katie and three amazing kids – Tucker, Walker, and Campbell.

Her real estate expertise includes strong tenant relations, tenant improvement coordination, lease administration, budget preparation, and strong vendor coordination skills. Lisa is a dedicated locavore and in her spare time, can be found exploring the beautiful forests of Northern Arizona in search of wild mushrooms. Lisa attended Arizona State University and is an Arizona licensed real estate agent, residing in Phoenix with her husband and son.

As Common Bond’s Executive Assistant/Office Manager, Breanna provides multi-faceted support to the organization and our clients. Breanna is a sports enthusiast who can be found cheering on the Sun Devils in her spare time. She is a native of Southern California but loves the desert life, residing in Phoenix with her furbaby Hazy.

Logan is involved in the predevelopment, entitlement, leasing and construction of the company’s development projects. Logan is also an active member in the Urban Land Institute. A Minnesota native, Logan attended Minnesota State University, Mankato where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration while being an integral member of the wrestling team. Logan enjoys spending time with friends and family, hiking, boating, and playing golf at one of the many beautiful courses that the valley has to offer.

Derek focuses on commercial real estate law, mining law, and project finance. His transactional practice emphasizes the representation of owners and operators of commercial real estate in the negotiation of acquisition, development, entitlement, leasing, financing, and joint venture agreements. He also advises mining companies in acquisitions, development, operations, and the financing of facilities throughout the Midwest and Southwest. Derek’s recent matters have involved the development of regional shopping centers, mixed use projects, resort and hospitality projects, and office facilities across Arizona.
