Developed in May of 2015, this multi-tenant retail building is a part of an adaptive-reuse project that converted a former single-tenant restaurant structure into a new multi-tenant restaurant building with drive-thru in Scottsdale, Arizona. The two spaces are leased to Flower Child, a Fox Restaurant Concept, and the internationally franchised sandwich chain, Jimmy John’s. The building is situated in an outparcel within the existing Scottsdale Fiesta shopping center that’s located off of Shea Boulevard and the 101 freeway.
