The Yard at the Farmer Arts District is a multi-tenant retail building that’s located in the Farmer Arts District in Tempe, Arizona. The development was a combination of new construction and redevelopment but centered around utilizing the existing building which was originally a citrus packing plant back in the 1960’s.
