Site Plan

This is the 2nd development phase in the newly branded Midtown Tucson after the previously completed Yard at Grant Road Lumber and shop building projects located across the street at the northeast corner of Grant Road and Tucson Boulevard. This development will consist of a new 11,430 square foot building anchored by Snooze, the Denver-based breakfast concept, and Postino Wine Cafe.

The project is scheduled to be complete in the fall of 2019 with the first tenants opening for business in early 2020.
