The Yard at the Farmer Arts District is a multi-tenant retail building that's located in the newly branded Farmer Arts District in Tempe, Arizona. The development was a combination of new construction and redevelopment but centered around utilizing the existing building which was originally a citrus packing plant back in the 1960’s.
The complex is anchored by Fox Restaurant Concepts’ Culinary Dropout concept, which is an American gastro-style pub known for its savory food, craft drinks and entertaining “Yard” dining and gaming area. In addition, Fox Restaurant Concepts also operates The Showcase Room, which is a newly introduced private dining and event concept that can host up to 250 people.
Also located within the complex is the eccentric spin studio known for its “party on a bike” mentality, The Madison Improvement Club.
